Security Forces Kill 3 Terrorists in Malakand Operation, 7 Arrested

Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa:Security forces conducted a successful operation in the Dargai area of Malakand, where three terrorists associated with the Kharijite faction were killed, and seven others were arrested. The operation was carried out jointly by security forces and Levies personnel in the Maharday locality, according to Geo News.
Deputy Commissioner Hamid Rehman confirmed that the operation also involved gunship helicopters, which played a significant role in the successful neutralization of the terrorists. A large cache of explosives was recovered from the terrorists during the operation.
In a separate incident, terrorists launched an attack on the Baka Khel Police Station in Bannu. However, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Police successfully repelled the assault. Reports indicate that the terrorists used both light and heavy weaponry during the attack, but the police personnel displayed remarkable courage in their counterattack, forcing the terrorists to flee the scene.
Security forces are continuing their efforts to maintain peace and security in the region and have vowed to take further action against extremist elements.
