Mustafa Amir Murder Case Transferred to Trial Court

Karachi: The case of the murder of Mustafa Amir, which occurred in Karachi’s Defence area, has been transferred to the trial court for further proceedings. The judge overseeing anti-terrorism courts has approved the challan in the case, which states that the accused, Armaghan, confessed to torturing and injuring Mustafa Amir before setting his car on fire, resulting in his death.
According to the police, the abduction case of Mustafa Amir has been registered on the complaint of his mother.
It is noteworthy that Mustafa Amir was murdered by the accused Armaghan on January 6. Both Armaghan and Shiraz, the suspects in the case, have been arrested.
