Former CM Nawab Sanaullah Khan Zehri Condemns Killing of Innocent Passengers in Sirdaka, Urges Immediate Action Against Terrorists

Quetta – Former Chief Minister of Balochistan and Chief of Jhalawan, Nawab Sanaullah Khan Zehri, expressed deep sorrow and strong outrage over the tragic killing of innocent passengers in Sirdaka. In a statement issued to the press, Zehri condemned the targeted shooting of passengers after identifying them as a blatant and severe act of terrorism, which, according to him, cannot be tolerated under any circumstances.
Zehri, a central leader of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), reaffirmed that Balochistan is a peaceful region where the people believe in peace, brotherhood, and mutual respect. He pointed out that a few mischievous elements were intentionally working to destabilize the province and disrupt its peaceful atmosphere.
“The tragic events like the one in Sirdaka are part of a sinister conspiracy aimed at bloodshed and creating fear, hatred, and chaos,” Zehri said. He further emphasized that it is the responsibility of the Balochistan government and law enforcement agencies to ensure the protection of citizens’ lives and property, and to launch immediate and decisive action against the terrorists.
Zehri warned that if the state institutions limit themselves to issuing mere formal statements in response to such tragic events, the public’s trust will continue to erode. He called for the swift delivery of justice to the affected families and demanded a more effective and coordinated strategy to combat terrorism in the province.
Expressing his heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims, Nawab Sanaullah Khan Zehri prayed that the martyrs be granted a place in the heavenly abode and that the bereaved families are granted patience and strength during this difficult time.
