IG Police Balochistan Lauds Police Cadets’ Commitment at Passing-Out Parade

Quetta, Pakistan – Inspector General of Police (IGP) Balochistan, Moazzam Jah Ansari, expressed his admiration for the commitment and dedication shown by the new batch of police cadets at the 102nd Passing-Out Parade at the Police Training College, Quetta. Speaking at the event, IGP Ansari highlighted the crucial role of police officers in maintaining peace and order, particularly in a province like Balochistan, where security challenges are rampant.

IGP Ansari paid tribute to the more than one thousand police officers and personnel who have laid down their lives in the ongoing battle against anti-social elements. He stressed that Balochistan Police is committed to tightening the noose around criminals and bringing them to justice. “The police profession is sacred, and it is essential to uphold one’s duties with integrity and responsibility,” said IGP Ansari, emphasizing that the police force has restored public trust through their conduct.

Praising the cadets for their smart turnout and high standards of training, the IGP encouraged them to serve with honesty and sincerity, ensuring the safety and security of the public. He also noted that maintaining peace and order in society is a critical goal for the police force, adding that their professional skills would be key to eliminating criminals and ensuring a peaceful environment in Balochistan.

The ceremony also included the presence of several senior officials, including Additional IGP and Commandant of Balochistan Constabulary, Agha Mohammad Yousaf; Commandant of Police Training College Quetta, Shehzad Akbar; DIG Headquarters Balochistan, Javed Ali Mehr; and other high-ranking officers from various police departments.

Addressing the officers, IGP Ansari reminded them that their responsibilities have grown significantly, and their role in maintaining law and order in the province has become even more important. He further stated that the Balochistan Police force is effectively performing its duty by ensuring that criminals are held accountable in the courts of law.

“Police officers must balance their duty with respect for the rights and dignity of citizens,” IGP Ansari stressed. He further emphasized that a police officer’s weapon is a symbol of their pride and their role as the first line of defense against crime.

In recognition of outstanding performance during the training, IGP Ansari presented shields and awards to the officers and cadets who displayed exemplary skills and commitment. He extended his heartfelt congratulations to the entire batch and wished them success in their future endeavors with the police force.

With an ever-growing need for security and peace in the province, the passing-out ceremony underscored the commitment of Balochistan Police to provide a safe and secure environment for all its citizens.
