CM Balochistan Emphasizes Balanced Population Growth for Sustainable Development

Quetta, Pakistan – On the occasion of World Population Day, the Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mir Sardar Fazal Baloch, highlighted the critical importance of maintaining a balance between population growth and available resources for a prosperous, stable, and developed society. In a statement issued on the occasion, he reaffirmed the provincial government’s commitment to the welfare of the people, emphasizing improvements in health, education, employment, and access to basic services.
The Chief Minister stated that the relationship between a balanced population and economic development is pivotal for the better utilization of natural resources and the achievement of sustainable development goals. He stressed that the Balochistan government remains focused on creating awareness, implementing effective planning, and promoting social improvement, all of which are integral to securing a better future for the province.
“We are working towards building a Balochistan where every individual has equal opportunities for growth and a better quality of life,” CM Baloch remarked. He further emphasized that resource distribution would be made equitable, ensuring that each family can enjoy a higher standard of living.
Mir Sardar Baloch also underscored the importance of collaboration with all stakeholders to achieve the province’s development objectives. “We are committed to working with all partners to ensure the creation of a prosperous, healthy, and informed Balochistan,” he stated.
He concluded by reiterating that a healthy and dignified life is a fundamental right for every citizen, and the Balochistan government is resolute in ensuring that right is fulfilled for all.
