Family of Missing Assistant Commissioner Mohammad Hanif Noorzi Appeals for His Safe Return Amidst Kidnapping Crisis

In a heartfelt plea, the family of Assistant Commissioner Mohammad Hanif Noorzi has urged social leaders, tribal elders, and influential figures to play an active role in ensuring his safe return. They also called on the kidnappers to show compassion, respect the Balochi traditions, and release him unharmed.
Speaking at a press conference in Turbat, Mohammad Hanif Noorzi’s brother, Guldad Noorzi, shared that the Assistant Commissioner and his family were abducted on June 4, 2025, by unidentified armed men while traveling from Temp to Quetta. The kidnappers released his family but have yet to release Mohammad Hanif Noorzi.
Guldad Noorzi emphasized that his brother, Mohammad Hanif Noorzi, is an honest, fearless, and public-serving officer who has always prioritized the welfare of the people. He further urged the armed group to release Mohammad Hanif Noorzi immediately, adhering to Balochi values, humanity, and justice.
The Noorzi family has also appealed to political leaders, tribal chiefs, religious figures, and social activists for their support in securing the release of the innocent officer.
