Indian-Backed Terror Plot Foiled at Afghan Border: 30 Militants Killed in Pakistan Army Operation

Islamabad: A major terrorist infiltration attempt by Indian-backed militants from across the Afghan border into Pakistan was successfully thwarted, resulting in the killing of 30 terrorists, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) of Pakistan Army.
The operation took place near the Hassan Khel area of North Waziristan during the nights of July 1–2 and July 2–3. Security forces responded swiftly to significant movement by the terror group “Fitna al-Khawarij,” which is reported to be operating under full Indian support.
ISPR confirmed that all 30 terrorists were eliminated during the counteraction. A large cache of weapons, ammunition, and explosives was also recovered from the scene.
The army’s swift and effective response averted a potential large-scale tragedy and safeguarded national security.
The military emphasized its unwavering resolve to defend Pakistan’s borders and eradicate terrorism, particularly that being orchestrated and funded by India. Furthermore, Pakistan has called on the Afghan government to prevent its soil from being used as a base for foreign proxies and to take action against elements involved in promoting terrorism against Pakistan.
The Pakistan Army reiterated its commitment to uprooting terrorism and ensuring the safety and sovereignty of the nation.
