Maulana Fazlur Rehman Assures PTI of Not Participating in No-Confidence Motion Against KPK Government

Islamabad: Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the leader of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F), has assured the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) that his party will not participate in any no-confidence motion against the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) government.
According to sources, Maulana Fazlur Rehman has confirmed that JUI-F will not be a part of any such motion against the provincial government, providing a clear assurance to PTI.
It is important to note that five PTI leaders currently imprisoned have described negotiations as the only viable solution to the party’s ongoing crisis. In a letter, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Yasmin Rashid, Mian Mehmood-ur-Rashid, Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry, and Umar Sarfraz Cheema have urged that all arrested leaders, including the party’s founder, be included in the talks. They further stressed that the government must take the initiative for starting the negotiations.
Sources reveal that these imprisoned PTI leaders made the call for negotiations without consulting PTI’s founder.
