PTI Strongly Condemns US Attacks on Iran

Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has strongly condemned the recent US attacks on Iran. In a statement issued by the party, it was emphasized that the unprovoked American attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities is a severe violation of Iran’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, the United Nations Charter, and its own constitution. The party noted that there is no justification for this attack, especially as it was carried out without seeking approval from the US Congress.
The statement further pointed out that the attack occurred at a time when Iran was already facing Israeli aggression, with the intent of forcing Iran into submission. This attack is likely to escalate tensions in the region even further.
The PTI condemned the attack for its blatant disregard for international agreements, principles, legal obligations, and the concept of peaceful coexistence. It also criticized the act for disrespecting the basic principles of humanity, pushing the world closer to an uncontrollable conflict.
In its statement, PTI called for the complete cessation of hostility against Iran and urged for the peaceful resolution of issues without resorting to aggression. The party reiterated its full support for Iran’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the right to use its resources for peaceful purposes. PTI expressed solidarity with the Iranian people, who are engaged in the fight for their right to freedom.
