Hajj 2025: Pilgrims Perform Rami at Jamarat, Begin Final Rituals of the Pilgrimage

Today, pilgrims are performing the symbolic stoning of the **Jamarat al-Aqaba (the Big Satan)**, one of the key rituals of Hajj. Following the Rami, male pilgrims will proceed with the **animal sacrifice** and then **shave their heads**, marking the completion of major Hajj obligations and allowing them to exit the state of **Ihram**.

After completing these rites, the pilgrims will head to **Masjid al-Haram** in **normal attire** to perform the **Tawaf al-Ziyarah (Tawaf of Visitation)** and **Sa’i**, walking between Safa and Marwah — both essential pillars of the pilgrimage.

Last night, after completing **Wuquf at Arafat**, the central ritual of Hajj, millions of pilgrims arrived in **Muzdalifah**, where they offered **combined Maghrib and Isha prayers** and collected pebbles for Rami.

During the **Hajj sermon** delivered from **Masjid Namirah**, the Imam of Masjid al-Haram, **Sheikh Dr. Saleh bin Abdullah**, prayed for peace and especially emphasized **support for the Palestinian people**. He also urged Muslims to adopt **piety (Taqwa)** and to follow the teachings of **Allah and His Messenger (PBUH)**.

As the Hajj rituals draw toward completion, the pilgrims continue in a spirit of devotion, unity, and spiritual renewal.
