University of Balochistan Holds High-Level Meeting on Administrative and Financial Challenges Under VC Dr. Zahoor Ahmad Bazai

Quetta:A high-level meeting was held at the University of Balochistan under the chairmanship of Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Zahoor Ahmad Bazai to address the institution’s administrative and financial issues. The session was attended by all departmental heads and directors, including Pro-Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Ghulam Razaq Shahwani and Registrar Muhammad Tariq Jogezai.

The primary objective of the meeting was to discuss strategies to overcome administrative hurdles and ensure financial sustainability. Detailed deliberations were held on salary disbursements, departmental responsibilities, and institutional coordination for long-term stability.

Vice Chancellor Dr. Bazai emphasized the importance of inter-departmental cooperation and said, “We must strengthen the university’s administrative structure through collective efforts. All departments should align their functions with the broader mission of the university to ensure operational efficiency and academic excellence.”

Addressing financial concerns, Dr. Bazai acknowledged the challenges posed by limited funding and stated that the university is actively engaging with provincial authorities to secure the necessary resources for its development and stability.
