Balochistan Youth Affairs Advisor Mena Majid Baloch Condemns Noshki Attack, Pays Tribute to Martyred Policeman Protecting Polio Team

QUETTA:Provincial Advisor for Sports and Youth Affairs, **Mena Majid Baloch**, has expressed deep sorrow and condemnation over the **martyrdom of police constable Waheed Ahmed**, son of Muhammad Hashim, who was on duty protecting a polio vaccination team in Noshki.

In her official statement, Mena Baloch termed the incident a **tragic and heinous act**, stating that no words are enough to denounce such cowardly attacks. “I salute the martyr, who gave his life to ensure a safer and healthier future for our children,” she said.

Highlighting the importance of the **polio eradication campaign**, Baloch described it as a **noble national and humanitarian mission** aimed at protecting future generations from the crippling effects of the disease. “Such cowardly acts are not just attacks on individuals, but on humanity, development, and peace,” she asserted.

She reaffirmed that acts of terrorism would **not dampen the nation’s resolve**, stating that the people of Pakistan remain united against such enemies of peace. “We will never let the nefarious designs of anti-state elements succeed,” she vowed.

Baloch further added that the **Government of Balochistan stands in complete solidarity with the family of the martyred officer**, assuring them that they will not be left alone in their time of grief.
