CM Maryam Nawaz Praises Nation’s Unity Against Indian Attacks, Awards Free Tractors to Farmers

Lahore:Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz has lauded the Pakistani nation’s steadfast response to Indian aggression, stating that the people stood like a “wall of steel” in defense of national security. Her remarks came during a tractor distribution ceremony held in Lahore, where she also celebrated the achievements of the province’s farmers.

Speaking at the event, CM Maryam Nawaz said, “Our opponents tried to incite farmers to protest, but the farmers did not fall for the propaganda. Instead, they delivered a historic wheat crop, and for this, we are awarding 1,000 free tractors as a token of appreciation.” She further announced that an additional 20,000 tractors would be distributed to farmers across Punjab in the near future.

Highlighting the nation’s resilience, she remarked, “The people of Pakistan have contributed to national defense like a fortified wall in the face of Indian aggression. When hate-based politics ends, Pakistan moves toward progress.”

Maryam Nawaz also inspected agricultural equipment and tractors gifted by China, underscoring the importance of international cooperation in enhancing Pakistan’s agricultural sector.

The event not only emphasized national unity in times of crisis but also showcased the Punjab government’s commitment to supporting the farming community and strengthening food security in the country.
