Pakistan Launches Devastating Response to Indian Aggression with ‘Operation Bunyān al-Marsūs’; Major Indian Military Installations Destroyed

Islamabad:In a powerful and coordinated response to sustained Indian aggression, Pakistan has officially launched *Operation Bunyān al-Marsūs* (Iron Wall), inflicting heavy damage on key Indian military assets. The operation comes after a series of unprovoked Indian attacks, including 24 missile and drone strikes on six Pakistani locations on the night of May 6–7, followed by additional attacks on May 10 targeting three Pakistani airbases.

Prior to the operation, Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) addressed the media, stating that the purpose of the operation is to decisively counter Indian aggression and defend Pakistan’s sovereignty and regional stability.

**Key Highlights of Operation Bunyān al-Marsūs:**

* **BrahMos Missile Storage Site in Beas**: Successfully targeted and destroyed.
* **Airbases Destroyed**: Udhampur, Pathankot, Adampur airfields neutralized. Adampur was reportedly a key launch site for missiles used against Amritsar, Pakistan, and Afghanistan.
* **’G-Top’ Brigade HQ and Uri Supply Depot**: Completely destroyed, cutting off key logistical lines.
* **Hypersonic Missile Strikes**: JF-17 Thunder jets equipped with hypersonic missiles took out India’s S-400 air defense system in Adampur—one of the most expensive components of India’s defense, valued at \$1.5 billion.
* **Rajouri Military Intelligence Training Center**: Allegedly used for orchestrating terrorist activities in Pakistan, now destroyed.
* **Suratgarh Airfield**: Also rendered non-operational by precision strikes.
* **‘Al-Fatah’ Missile Launch**: Further enhanced the depth of Pakistan’s missile response.
* **Cyber Warfare Front**: Pakistan’s cyber teams incapacitated 70% of India’s national power grid, including Maharashtra’s entire electricity transmission infrastructure.

According to military sources, the targets were carefully selected based on evidence linking them to recent attacks on civilians and religious sites in Pakistan, including the destruction of mosques and civilian homes.

The name *Bunyān al-Marsūs*, taken from the Qur’an (Surah As-Saff, 61:4), symbolizes unity and strength—likening Pakistan’s armed response to a “solid wall, fused with lead.” The operation emphasizes both military precision and ideological resolve.

The situation remains fluid, and Pakistan’s military has indicated readiness for further strategic action if Indian hostilities persist.
