CM Gandapur Addresses Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s Concerns, Says PTI’s Sheikh Waqas Akram

Peshawar: PTI’s Central Secretary Information, Sheikh Waqas Akram, stated that Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ali Amin Gandapur, has successfully addressed all concerns raised by JUI-F Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman.
Speaking to Geo News, Sheikh Waqas Akram explained that Maulana Fazlur Rehman had reservations regarding political matters in Dera Ismail Khan, which have now been resolved by the Chief Minister.
The PTI leader emphasized that Maulana was informed that all political developments in the region would be handled by PTI, and that the dialogue between the two sides would continue.
Sheikh Waqas further remarked that it is Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s prerogative whether or not he wishes to maintain an alliance with PTI. He also recalled that discussions had previously taken place over the 26th Amendment, during which Maulana had voted in favor of the government.
Regarding upcoming protests, Sheikh Waqas mentioned that the strategy would be shared when finalized. When asked if Maulana had officially rejected an alliance with PTI, he cryptically responded, “Just take it as a no.”
