Three Finalized Names for Ogra Finance Member Appointment After Clearance by Agencies

Islamabad: After a delay of 9 months, the government has finalized three names for the position of Finance Member at Ogra (Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority). According to sources, the selected candidates are Salman Ameen, Shakeel, and Fahim. The relevant agencies have cleared all three candidates, and the Cabinet Division has forwarded the summary for the Prime Minister’s approval.
Sources claim that Salman Ameen is considered the strongest candidate for the role. His educational background and professional experience are said to surpass those of the other nominees. Ameen, a Chartered Accountant, has previously served in the Ministry of Finance.
