Audio Leak Case: PTI’s Ali Amin Gandapur Faces Charges, Hearing Adjourned

Islamabad – The Anti-Terrorism Court in Islamabad held a hearing today in the audio leak case involving Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur. However, the court postponed the proceedings on the framing of charges against Gandapur.

According to sources, the District and Sessions Court in Islamabad maintained the arrest warrants for the KPK CM in connection with the audio leaks case. The hearing could not proceed due to the absence of the Additional Sessions Judge, and the case was adjourned without any action.

Sources further revealed that charges against Ali Amin Gandapur and other accused will be formally framed at the next hearing, scheduled for **May 6, 2024**.

The case is being pursued under a First Information Report (FIR) lodged at the Golra police station, with Ali Amin Gandapur facing serious allegations stemming from the leaked audio.
