All Assembly Members Are Elected and Respectable, Parliamentary Dignity Must Be Upheld: Deputy Speaker Ghazala Gola
Quetta (Daily Qudrat Quetta): During the Balochistan Assembly session, Deputy Speaker Ghazala Gola, Opposition Leader Younus Aziz Zehri and former Chief Minister Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch expressed their views regarding the proceedings of the Assembly session and the issues of members.
Deputy Speaker Ghazala Gola said that no member of the Assembly can be declared unelected, and all Assembly members should be given respect and dignity.
Opposition Leader Younus Aziz Zehri said that government members should resolve their issues by sitting with the Chief Minister, the cabinet and the relevant ministers instead of raising them in the Assembly. He said that government members should present their issues in their own cabinet, because no member of the Provincial Assembly has any quota.
On this occasion, Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch stressed that the Balochistan Assembly session should be conducted according to the rules and regulations so that the proceedings of the House can continue under constitutional and parliamentary principles.
