Terrorist Plans Foiled by Security Forces’ Effective Strategy: Provincial Interior Minister Mir Ziaullah Langau

QUETTA – Balochistan Interior Minister Mir Ziaullah Langau, paying tribute to the successful operations by security forces against terrorists in Quetta, Nushki and Khuzdar, has said that the killing of 8 India-backed terrorists during these operations is a major success for the security institutions. He said that timely and effective actions by security forces to eliminate terrorism in Balochistan are praiseworthy and are clear proof of their professional capabilities and effective strategy.

Interior Minister Mir Ziaullah Langau said that foiling the terrorists’ attempt to block a road in Quetta’s Panjpai area is a manifestation of the security forces’ alertness. He said terrorists cannot hold public life and movement hostage through their nefarious designs.

He said that the recovery of weapons and ammunition from terrorist hideouts during the operations is the result of the security institutions’ successful strategy, while the recovery of 490 kilograms of explosives from a terrorist hideout in Khuzdar is an important success that will help foil possible terrorist plots.

Mir Ziaullah Langau said the Balochistan government is committed to establishing peace and order in the province and protecting the lives and property of citizens. He said effective measures will continue until the complete elimination of terrorism, and no compromise will be made on the protection of the people.
