University of Balochistan Holds Key Meeting to Discuss Improvements in Educational and Administrative Systems

Quetta:A crucial meeting was held at the Syndicate Hall of the University of Balochistan, chaired by Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Zahoor Ahmed Bazaei. The meeting was attended by all Deans, Directors, Chairpersons, and Heads of Departments, who engaged in a detailed discussion on academic and administrative matters. The primary focus of the meeting was the Departmental Information Management System (DIMS) and the development of the Semester Cell.
During the meeting, Deputy Controller of Semester Cell and Mr. Imran Naeem presented detailed updates on the improvements being made in the Semester Results System. These included the efficient processing of online semester results, the introduction of new regulations to streamline operations, and efforts to strengthen the overall management of the Semester Cell.
Director of IT, Mr. Mohammad Sulaal Khan, also delivered a comprehensive presentation, explaining the technical advancements made and how the IT department has improved communication between various university departments and the Semester Cell. These developments are aimed at ensuring better and more transparent management of academic results.
Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Zahoor Ahmed Bazaei emphasized the importance of effective coordination between the Semester Cell and other departments. He praised the departments that had successfully completed their results online through the Semester Cell, calling it a significant step towards academic advancement and digital transformation.
The Vice Chancellor also noted that the university is open to all faculty, staff, and students, and acknowledged the vital contributions of IT Director Mohammad Sulaal Khan and Mr. Imran Naeem for their key roles in the success of the Semester Cell.
The meeting concluded with a commitment to bring further improvements in the academic and administrative structure, ensuring that the university continues to maintain a top position in educational standards.
