Khyber Pakhtunkhwa CM Appeals to Public for Financial Support Ahead of October 4 Long March

Islamabad: The Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has appealed to the public for financial support for the October 4 long march, saying that this is a war for real freedom and that winning is impossible without public support.

In a message on X, he said that all Pakistanis should play a full role in the fundraising effort at 4 pm tomorrow and contribute their share, because this is a war for the real freedom of all of Pakistan, and winning this war of freedom is completely impossible without public support. He added that they need both physical and financial support from Pakistanis at home and overseas. He said the entire leadership will be present at the fundraising program tomorrow, and overseas Pakistanis who cannot come themselves should fund through legal means.


He further said that those funding can also send money to relatives and friends, who will deposit it here. Additionally, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Minister Shafi Jan made a major announcement regarding PTI’s long march starting on October 4. He said the long march will begin from Gandi Chowk in Lakki Marwat.

In a tweet on X, he said the long march will start from Gandi Chowk, Lakki Marwat. The first stop will be Karak, and the second stop on October 5 will be in Kohat.


After that, the long march will enter Peshawar district.
In his second tweet, he further said that the enthusiastic and overwhelming reception given by the public to the Chief Minister at the inauguration of the Hayatabad Underpass in Peshawar has proven that only Imran Khan’s public rule will prevail in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

He said that Peshawar and the entire Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are a stronghold of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. The brave people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have given PTI and Imran Khan their historic mandate for the third consecutive time. Serving the people of the province and protecting their rights and public mandate is the top priority of our government. PTI is a peaceful, democratic, and the country’s most popular political party, striving for the supremacy of the Constitution and law and the stability of democracy in the country. Imran Khan has been unjustly imprisoned, and all limits of oppression and cruelty have been crossed against him in political revenge.
