New Record in Abu Dhabi: Rare White Falcon Sold for Millions at Auction

ABU DHABI: A rare white falcon fetched a record price at the International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX) 2026 in Abu Dhabi, attracting widespread attention.

During the exhibition, a rare falcon named “Qarmousha Pure Ultra White” was sold for AED 1.5 million, equivalent to more than $400,000, making it the highest bid recorded at the exhibition’s auction.

The rare falcon was bred by the renowned Mark Moglich Falcon Farm. Its exceptionally white plumage and rare lineage generated significant interest among bidders.

Young Sheikha Latifa bint Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan placed the highest bid and secured the rare white falcon. Following the successful bid, she went on stage to receive the prized bird, with photographs and videos of the moment attracting considerable attention on social media.

Sheikha Latifa bint Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan is a young member of the UAE’s ruling family and the daughter of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The record-breaking sale became one of the major highlights of ADIHEX 2026, showcasing the continued popularity and high value of rare falcons in the region.
