Passport Office Facility to Be Added at Gujranwala NADRA Mega Center: Mohsin Naqvi
GUJRANWALA: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has announced that a passport office facility will soon be made available at the 24/7 NADRA Mega Center in Gujranwala.
The interior minister visited the NADRA Mega Center and inspected the facilities being provided to citizens.
During his visit, Naqvi met citizens individually and inquired about the process of obtaining identity cards and other documents. Citizens expressed satisfaction with the services at the center, saying they received their turn quickly and did not have to wait for long periods.
The minister visited various counters, interacted with staff and inspected the information desk.
Naqvi directed the staff to properly guide citizens visiting the center and provide them with all necessary information. He also took immediate notice of complaints raised by some citizens and issued instructions for their prompt resolution.
The interior minister said the staff was managing the rush effectively despite the large number of visitors.
Naqvi appreciated the performance of the NADRA Mega Center staff and emphasized that citizens should not be required to visit the center repeatedly to complete their work.
He reiterated that the passport facility would be introduced at the NADRA Mega Center very soon, further expanding services available to residents of Gujranwala.
