TikTok Star Misharana’s Explicit Video Leaked, Following a Growing Trend of Private Footage of Pakistani Influencers
Islamabad: The trend of explicit videos of female TikTokers being leaked on social media in Pakistan continues, with the latest victim being influencer Misharana. Reports suggest that a video of her engaging in intimate acts has gone viral, sparking outrage online. This marks yet another instance in a troubling pattern that has seen several Pakistani women, including well-known influencers such as Manahil Malik, Imsha Rehman, Matheera, Chahat Gul, Miskaan Chandio, and Somali Mohsin, have their private moments shared without consent.
Despite efforts by social media monitoring agencies, the leakage of such content has not ceased. After Manahil Malik’s private videos were leaked, she announced her decision to step away from social media, while Imsha Rehman reportedly attempted suicide following the release of her intimate footage. Matheera, on the other hand, claimed her viral videos were fabricated, while deepfake videos involving actresses Hiba Bukhari and Darfshan Saleem also surfaced online.
The continuous leakage of explicit content has raised serious concerns about online privacy and the safety of individuals in Pakistan’s digital space.
