Islamabad: Pakistan’s renowned TikTok star Janat Mirza has publicly explained the reasons behind her decision to end her engagement with Umar Butt. Recently, Mirza appeared on actor Ahmad Ali Butt’s podcast, where she addressed various questions about her personal life.
Mirza revealed that although she was not afraid of a breakup, she was not fully prepared for it. She mentioned that if this had happened after marriage, it would have been more painful. She believes that facing this issue before marriage was a better decision, as it allowed them to avoid a more difficult situation later.
She explained that after being in a relationship with Umar Butt for two years, they both realized that their relationship was unlikely to succeed. Mirza admitted, “I found it very difficult to manage in that household.” She further elaborated on the problems in her previous relationship and stated that she would now prefer an arranged marriage in the future.
It is worth noting that Janat Mirza, who has over 5 million followers on social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok, had announced her engagement in 2021.
