Suzuki Launches First Electric Scooter e.ACCESS with Impressive Range
New Delhi:Suzuki Motors has unveiled its first-ever electric scooter, the e.ACCESS, claiming that it can travel up to 95 kilometers on a single charge. The scooter was showcased at the Global Expo held in New Delhi, India, as part of the company’s global battery electric vehicle (BEV) lineup.
The company stated that the e.ACCESS electric scooter has been designed with modern technology specifically for urban consumers. It features a stylish design, with LED position lights on the front and two-tone wheels that enhance its visual appeal. The scooter is powered by a 3.07 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, known for its durability and long lifespan.
With a top speed of 71 kilometers per hour, the e.ACCESS offers a standard charging time of 6 hours and 42 minutes, with fast charging capabilities that can fully charge the scooter in just 2 hours and 12 minutes.
Suzuki Motors announced that it plans to launch the electric scooter in March this year, with sales set to begin in India in April. The company also revealed that the scooter will be exported to other countries, expanding its global reach in the electric vehicle market.
