Supreme Court to Hear Arshad Sharif Murder Case on July 29
Islamabad: The Supreme Court has scheduled a hearing for the Arshad Sharif murder case. A three-member bench headed by Justice Mansoor Ali Shah will conduct the proceedings on June 29, with Justice Naheem Afghan and Justice Shahid Bilal also part of the bench.
Earlier, a judicial commission was requested to be formed regarding Arshad Sharif’s murder case, which was heard before Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Amir Farooq. During the hearing, Arshad Sharif’s widow submitted an application to become a party to the case and provided her biodata in court.
