Maryam Aurangzeb Criticizes Self-made Revolutionary Statements; Challenges PTI’s Founder
LAHORE: Senior Minister Maryam Aurangzeb of Punjab has responded strongly to self-made revolutionary statements. In a sharp rebuttal to PTI’s founder, she questioned what negotiations the self-made revolutionary seeks with the army. She firmly stated that there would be no negotiations after attacks on GHQ, Air Base, and burning the house of a Corps Commander.
Maryam Aurangzeb emphasized seeking forgiveness from the families of martyrs for the sins of May 9, criticizing the organized plan on May 9, which attacked the memories of martyrs, installations, and GHQ. She condemned the attack not as criticism but as an attack on the state.
She asserted that fascist rhetoric is solely for the sake of power, condemning those who break the constitution for power as fascists.
The Senior Minister accused fascist political opponents of harassing her daughter in front of her imprisoned father, labeling them as “media predators” who snatch freedoms.
