Manal Khan Plans Comeback to TV Dramas, But Prioritizes Son’s Care

Islamabad: Renowned Pakistani actress Manal Khan has revealed her intention to return to television dramas in the near future, although she clarified that she is not ending her acting career. Currently, her primary focus remains on taking care of her son.

In a recent appearance on Zara Noor Abbas’s show *”What Mom Sense”*, Manal Khan shared her excitement about returning to the small screen and reflected on the success of her popular drama *”Jaln”*.

Manal Khan expressed a strong desire to return to acting, saying, *“I often ask myself whether I will return to TV, and I always answer yes because I really want to do it. But for now, my son is my first priority.”*

She further mentioned how much she misses acting and confirmed that she plans to make her comeback soon.

When asked about the kind of roles she would like to play, Manal Khan revealed that she would love to star in a romantic story, but made it clear that she has no interest in playing negative characters again. *“I don’t want to play negative roles anymore,”* she explained.

Reflecting on her role in the hit drama *”Jaln”*, Manal Khan described it as a special project and shared how she worked hard to carry forward her sister’s legacy. *“It was a very special project, and I worked really hard to honor my sister’s legacy,”* she said.

Manal Khan, who is married to actor Ahsan Mohsin Ikram, has one son. After her marriage, she took a break from the entertainment industry, which left her fans eagerly awaiting her return to the screen.
