Mahmoom Khan Achakzai Says Battle for Constitution’s Supremacy Has Begun

Quetta:Mahmood Khan Achakzai, President of the Pakistan Constitution Protection Movement and leader of the Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party, took to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to announce that a battle has erupted between those who seek the supremacy of the Constitution and those who refuse to acknowledge it. In his message, he reaffirmed his commitment to standing with those who advocate for the supremacy of the Constitution and the autonomy of Parliament.

Achakzai criticized individuals who, in his view, attempt to impose autocratic rule reminiscent of seventh-century kings, demanding that people bow before them. He emphasized that his mother had taught him that one should only bow their head before God.
