Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori Appeals to Chief Justice to Take Notice of Heavy Traffic Accidents

Karachi :Governor of Sindh, Kamran Tessori, has urged the Chief Justice of Pakistan to take notice of the increasing number of heavy traffic accidents in Karachi. In a statement, the Governor highlighted the rising frequency of accidents involving heavy traffic during the day and expressed concern over the growing loss of lives.
Governor Tessori announced that he would write a letter to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court regarding the issue, seeking immediate attention and action. He also promised to provide plots to the families of those who have lost their lives in heavy traffic accidents after Eid. For those who are unable to build homes on the plots, he offered financial support as well.
It is worth noting that so far this year, the number of people killed in traffic accidents has reached 215, with over 65 fatalities attributed to heavy traffic accidents since January 1.
