Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tesori Visits Sahrī in Surjani Town, Emphasizes Development and Criticizes PTI Leadership

Karachi: Governor of Sindh, Kamran Khan Tesori, visited Surjani Town to have Sahrī, accompanied by MQM Pakistan leader Farooq Sattar and other party members.

During his address at the event, Governor Tesori clarified that the claims regarding the establishment of an IT University and the creation of one crore jobs were not made by MQM but by PTI. He pointed out that when he assumed office, people lacked basic necessities like shelter, and now MQM has turned those promises into reality.

The Governor criticized former Prime Minister and PTI founder, Imran Khan, urging him to apologize by the end of Ramadan for the distress caused to the public. He also remarked that while no political leader should be sent to jail, the public’s curses would inevitably affect them.

In a direct address to PTI workers, Tesori reminded them that PTI’s founder had never spent a night in Karachi and remarked, “If someone is lost in the morning but returns by evening, they are not called lost.”

Governor Tesori also extended an invitation to the workers who had left MQM to return to the party. He emphasized that the country will no longer be allowed to fall into the hands of incompetent individuals, nor will they be allowed to escape from the country.

Discussing his tenure, Tesori mentioned that he had not slept peacefully for the past three years due to the challenges facing the province, such as broken roads, electricity and gas shortages, and lack of employment. He highlighted that despite these struggles, he remains committed to addressing these issues.

Governor Tesori also shared optimistic news about Hyderabad, where 50,000 children are set to pursue higher education. He promised that regions like Sanghar, Mirpurkhas, and Larkana would be developed in the IT sector, providing more employment opportunities for the youth.

He concluded his speech by emphasizing that he is a people’s governor, taking pride in serving the public and addressing their concerns.

MQM leader Farooq Sattar praised Governor Kamran Khan Tesori’s public-oriented approach, stating that it felt as if the spirit of MQM from 1986 was returning.
