Islamabad:Faika Riyaz will represent Pakistan at the closing ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympics. Riyaz competed in the 100 meters race but did not advance beyond the initial rounds.
All other Pakistani athletes, totaling six, have completed their events and returned home. The sole gold medal for Pakistan was secured by Arshad Nadeem in the Javelin Throw. Unfortunately, other athletes did not advance past the first rounds of their respective events.
Pakistan’s Chief de Mission, Muhammad Shafiq, and Chief Medical Officer, Misaq Rizvi, will also be present at the closing ceremony, which will commence at midnight Pakistan time.
The closing ceremony of the Paris Olympics will be a significant occasion for athletes from around the world to celebrate their efforts and achievements.
