Gwadar:Dr. Mahrang Baloch, a leader of the Baloch Unity Committee, has issued a strong condemnation against the Baloch Raji Movement’s actions, including blockades of roads and preventing their associates from entering Gwadar. In his message, Dr. Mahrang Baloch expressed deep concern over the current situation engulfing the entire city of Gwadar, where people are being detained and coerced.
“The vicinity near Talar Checkpost has been completely sealed off by associates of the Baloch Raji Movement, subjecting them to violence,” Dr. Mahrang Baloch stated in his message. He further highlighted incidents where blockades in various cities have resulted in damage to vehicles and hindered people from attending rallies.
“If we are not allowed to conduct peaceful rallies, our demonstrations will evolve into sit-ins, and the provincial government will bear full responsibility for all outcomes,” Dr. Mahrang Baloch asserted.
The ongoing tension underscores the challenges faced by local authorities in ensuring public safety and managing peaceful demonstrations in the region.
