Balochistan Government Takes Legal Action Against Fake Website Allegedly Targeting Youth

Quetta:The Balochistan government spokesperson, Shahid Rind, announced that the provincial government has initiated legal action against a fake website created under the name of the Youth Skills Development Program. The Director General of the Balochistan Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (BTEVTA) has already sent a letter to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) requesting the blocking of the fraudulent website’s domain.

In a statement issued on Thursday, Shahid Rind said that complaints had been received alleging that the fake website was asking for money from young people. Taking immediate notice of these complaints, the Director General of BTEVTA began proceedings to address the issue.

Rind advised the youth to be cautious and avoid falling prey to any fraudulent activities. He urged individuals to contact the relevant authorities for any assistance or clarification regarding official programs. The Balochistan government has assured the public that they are taking all necessary steps to protect the interests of the youth and prevent any exploitation.
