Anti-Terrorism Court Rejects Journalist Sami Ibrahim’s Bail

Rawalpindi: The Anti-Terrorism Court has rejected the interim bail of journalist Sami Ibrahim in the case related to the September 28 and October 4 riots at Liaquat Bagh.
During today’s hearing, neither Sami Ibrahim nor his lawyer appeared in court. The judge, Amjad Ali Shah, ruled to cancel Ibrahim’s interim bail due to his failure to attend the proceedings and the lack of legal representation.
The case involves allegations of involvement in the violent protests that took place at Liaquat Bagh earlier this year.
