Mumbai: Bollywood stars Ajay Devgn and Tabu’s latest romantic film, “Auroun Mein Kahan Dum Tha,” is failing to make an impact at the box office. According to Indian media reports, the film, which was released on August 2, has only managed to earn 40 million INR in the first two days.
Despite Ajay Devgn’s extensive promotional campaign across various social media platforms before the film’s release, it appears that “Auroun Mein Kahan Dum Tha” is not resonating with audiences.
Reports suggest that it is currently difficult to predict whether the film will gain traction in the coming days and improve its box office performance.
The film portrays a man (played by Ajay Devgn) who is released from prison after serving 23 years for a double murder. “Auroun Mein Kahan Dum Tha” delves into the complexities of relationships and human psychology. The cast also includes Jimmy Shergill, Sai Manjrekar, and Shantanu Maheshwari.
It is noteworthy that the film’s release was initially scheduled for July 5 but was postponed following the remarkable success of Prabhas’s science fiction film “Kalki 2898.”
