FC Personnel Injured in Grenade and Firing Attack on Police Post in Rawalakot

RAWALAKOT:A Frontier Constabulary (FC) personnel was injured after armed men opened fire on a police post and hurled a grenade in Rawalakot, according to sources.
The attackers reportedly used modern weapons to target security forces and threw a grenade at the police post, injuring Constable Mushtaq.
The injured personnel was immediately shifted to **CMH Rawalakot** for medical treatment. Sources said he sustained injuries when a grenade landed nearby.
The latest incident comes amid a series of attacks on police and security forces in and around Rawalakot over the past several days.
According to sources, **five security personnel** have been injured in separate armed attacks in the surrounding areas during the past few days.
Security agencies have vowed to continue operations against those involved in the attacks and take measures to prevent further incidents.
