18-Year-Old Student Dies Mysteriously While Appearing for LUMS Admission Test in Lahore
Lahore: An 18-year-old student who had traveled to Lahore to appear for an admission test at the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) died under mysterious circumstances on campus.
According to initial reports, the deceased student was identified as Areeb, a resident of Kasur district. He had come to Lahore to take the university’s admission examination.

Officials said Areeb was having breakfast in the university cafeteria when he suddenly fell ill. University staff and others present immediately attempted to provide medical assistance, but he could not be revived and was pronounced dead.
The exact cause of the student’s sudden death has not yet been determined. Authorities have launched an investigation to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident, and further details are expected after the inquiry and medical examination are completed.
