Bilawal Bhutto Condemns Killing of PPP Worker in LA-31 During AJK Polls

Islamabad: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has condemned the killing of party worker Mushtaq Shah in LA-31 and expressed condolences to his bereaved family.
In a statement, Bilawal alleged that the earlier attack on Chaudhry Latif Akbar, followed by the killing of Mushtaq Shah, reflected the intentions of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
He claimed that if the PML-N secures victory through electoral rigging, it would undermine public confidence in state institutions.
Bilawal further alleged that the PML-N was using violence, intimidation, and coercion to influence the votes of the people of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. These allegations have not been independently verified.
Polling is currently underway for the second phase of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly elections, covering nine seats in the Muzaffarabad Division and 12 seats reserved for refugees.
