Balochistan High Court Chief Justice, Judges Mourn Martyred Session Judge Abdul Hakim Kakar

Quetta: Chief Justice of the Balochistan High Court, Justice Muhammad Kamran Khan Mulakhail, along with the other honorable judges of the Balochistan High Court, has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the martyrdom of Session Judge Abdul Hakim Kakar and extended heartfelt condolences to his bereaved family.

In a condolence statement, the judges described the late judge as an honest, competent, dedicated, and courageous judicial officer who devoted his professional career to upholding the Constitution, ensuring the rule of law, delivering justice, and serving the public.

The statement said that the martyrdom of Session Judge Abdul Hakim Kakar is an irreparable loss not only for the Balochistan judiciary but also for Pakistan’s entire justice system. The judges reaffirmed their commitment to honoring his judicial, professional, and national services, stating that his sacrifice in the cause of justice would always be remembered with respect and gratitude.

The Chief Justice and the other judges prayed that Allah Almighty grant the martyred judge the highest place in His mercy, forgive his shortcomings, elevate his ranks, and bless his bereaved family with patience, strength, and perseverance in bearing this immense loss.
