Balochistan CM Congratulates 500 Women on Completing Entrepreneurship Development Program

QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has expressed satisfaction over the successful completion of the first phase of the Balochistan Women Entrepreneurship Development Program, congratulating 500 women who completed the training.
In a message shared on social media platform X, the chief minister said that women’s economic empowerment is among the top priorities of the provincial government. He added that the government is taking practical steps to equip women with modern entrepreneurial skills, digital technology, and self-employment opportunities.
Bugti described the program as a significant milestone in promoting women’s economic development in Balochistan. He said women from different districts received comprehensive training in business management, marketing, business planning, and the use of digital tools.
He noted that the training would help participants become financially independent while enabling them to make meaningful contributions to the provincial and national economy.
The chief minister reaffirmed the government’s confidence in the capabilities of women and pledged to provide a supportive environment and greater opportunities for them to succeed. He also said the scope of such initiatives would be expanded to create more opportunities for women in skills development, entrepreneurship, and employment.
Mir Sarfraz Bugti congratulated Adviser for the Women Development Department Dr. Rubaba Khan Buledi, the Women Development Department, and all institutions and teams involved in organizing the program. He praised their efforts to empower women and expressed hope that similar initiatives would play a vital role in strengthening women’s economic independence, promoting entrepreneurship, and supporting sustainable prosperity across Balochistan.
