All Parties Hold Protest Rally in Panjgur Over Rising Insecurity and Ziarat Incident

Panjgur: Political parties staged a protest rally in Panjgur against the deteriorating law and order situation in Balochistan, condemning recent incidents of violence, including the killing of police personnel in Ziarat and other parts of the province.
The demonstration, organized on the call of an All Parties alliance, was led by the Balochistan National Party (BNP) and the National Party. The rally passed through various roads before culminating in a public gathering at Bismillah Chowk.
Addressing the gathering, BNP central leader Mir Nazeer Ahmed Baloch, district president Haji Abdul Ghaffar Shambayzai, and National Party leader Comrade Mujeeb Ahmed expressed concern over what they described as the worsening security situation in the province.
The speakers said that the safety of citizens could no longer be assured and noted that police officers, who are responsible for protecting the public, had themselves become targets of terrorist attacks, with several personnel losing their lives in recent incidents.
The opposition leaders criticized the provincial government’s handling of the security situation, arguing that more effective measures are needed to address the challenges facing Balochistan.
They said political parties would continue their campaign for peace, public safety, and the restoration of law and order across the province. The speakers also warned that failure to address the deteriorating security situation could lead to further instability and urged the authorities to take immediate and effective steps to protect both civilians and law enforcement personnel.
