Two Killed in Shooting Near Makki Mosque in Nushki Days After Similar Attack
NUSHKI: Two people were killed after unidentified armed men opened fire near Makki Mosque in Nushki, marking the second deadly shooting at the same location within four days.
According to police, the victims were critically injured in the attack and were immediately shifted to Mir Gul Khan Naseer Teaching Hospital, where they later succumbed to their injuries.
The deceased have been identified as Mir Tariq Badini and Ahmed Mengal.
Police and law enforcement personnel reached the scene soon after the incident, collected evidence, and launched an investigation.
Authorities said the motive behind the killings remains unclear, and investigators are examining the incident from multiple angles.
The latest shooting comes just four days after another attack at the same location, in which unidentified gunmen killed two people, including a police officer.
The repeated attacks have heightened fear and insecurity among residents, raising fresh concerns over the law and order situation in the area.
