11 Police Personnel, Including ASI, Suspended Over Negligence at Ziarat’s Mangi Dam Pump Station
Ziarat: Eleven police personnel, including an Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI), have been suspended for alleged negligence while performing security duties at the Mangi Dam Phase III Pump Station in Ziarat district.
According to an official order issued by the Superintendent of Police (SP) Ziarat, the personnel were found to have shown negligence and carelessness during their assigned duties.
The suspended officers have been directed to report immediately to the Police Lines, Ziarat, where they will remain posted during the suspension period.
The order stated that departmental proceedings have been initiated against all 11 personnel, and further action will be taken in accordance with the outcome of the inquiry.
The suspension orders came into effect on June 30, 2026, and copies of the notification have been forwarded to the relevant police authorities for implementation.
