President Asif Ali Zardari Meets Chief Ministers of Sindh and Balochistan, Calls for Faster Public Welfare Projects

Karachi: President Asif Ali Zardari met with Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti and Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah in Karachi to discuss ongoing development initiatives, inter-provincial cooperation, and matters of mutual interest.
According to a statement issued by the Presidency, the two chief ministers briefed the President on development projects and public welfare initiatives currently underway in their respective provinces.
The meeting also included discussions on inter-provincial affairs and issues related to coordination with the federal government.
During the meeting, President Zardari directed both chief ministers to accelerate the implementation of public welfare projects so that citizens could benefit from them as early as possible and their basic needs could be addressed more effectively.
He emphasized that stronger cooperation among the provinces would not only help resolve public issues but would also contribute to Pakistan’s overall stability and development.
The President underscored the importance of harmony and coordinated efforts between the provinces, describing inter-provincial collaboration as essential for the country’s long-term progress and prosperity.
