Pakistan Introduces Online Hajj Payment System Through 1LINK

Islamabad:** Pakistan’s Ministry of Religious Affairs has launched a modern online payment system for Hajj expenses, allowing pilgrims to pay their Hajj dues from home through the **1LINK** digital payment network.
According to the ministry’s spokesperson, the initiative was developed on the instructions of the Prime Minister and is part of a broader effort to fully digitize the Hajj process.
Under the new system, the entire Hajj application process—from registration to payment—has been moved online, providing applicants with a faster, more transparent, and user-friendly experience.
The spokesperson added that overseas Pakistanis will also be able to complete Hajj registration and pay their Hajj dues online, making the process more accessible for applicants living abroad.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs said online registration for **Hajj 2027** is currently underway, with registrations on the Hajj portal already exceeding **150,000**, reflecting strong public confidence in the new digital system.
