Love Story Leads to Line of Control Crossing Incident in Rawalakot

RAWALAKOT: A cross-border love story has reportedly drawn attention in the Jammu and Kashmir region after a young man from Azad Kashmir allegedly crossed the Line of Control (LoC) in pursuit of his love.

According to media reports, the youth identified as Zeeshan Ahmad from Rawalakot is said to have crossed the ceasefire line and reached the other side of the border. Following the incident, security forces were immediately alerted.

Indian forces reportedly apprehended Zeeshan Ahmad from the Uri sector shortly after he crossed the LoC. It is also reported that the local girl he intended to meet was taken into custody by Indian forces.

Authorities are treating the incident not only as a personal matter but also as a serious security breach. Investigations are underway to examine all possible aspects of the case.

Both individuals are reportedly being questioned separately by security and intelligence agencies to determine the exact motive behind the crossing and whether any external contacts were involved.
