Pakistan Army Troops Send Special Eid Message from Snow-Covered Siachen Front

Siachen: Soldiers of the Pakistan Army stationed at the snow-covered frontlines of the Siachen Glacier have conveyed a special message to the nation on the occasion of Eid ul Adha.
The brave troops deployed at the world’s highest and most challenging battlefield, the Siachen Glacier, said they remain fully alert and prepared to defend the country during the festive occasion.
From the difficult mountainous terrain of Siachen, Pakistan Army soldiers extended Eid ul Adha greetings to the people of Pakistan.
In their special message, the soldiers stated that while the entire nation celebrates Eid festivities, they remain vigilant on the icy peaks of Siachen to safeguard the homeland.
The troops further said that Eid ul Adha teaches the values of sacrifice, devotion, and laying down one’s life for the motherland. They emphasized that the honor of the green crescent flag is dearer to them than their own lives and vowed to respond strongly to any aggression by the enemy.
The soldiers also appealed to the nation to offer special prayers for Pakistan’s peace, security, and the armed forces during Eid celebrations.
