Security Forces Kill 11 Militants in North Waziristan Operation

Datta Khel (Qudrat Daily) — Security forces killed 11 militants during an operation in the Datta Khel area of North Waziristan, according to the military’s media wing.
The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said the operation was carried out as part of ongoing intelligence-based operations conducted over the past 48 hours against militant hideouts in the region.
According to the statement, security forces targeted multiple hideouts of militants in Datta Khel, leading to an intense exchange of fire.
Following heavy fighting, 11 militants belonging to what ISPR described as the “Indian-backed Fitna al-Khawarij” were killed. The statement added that the slain militants were involved in several acts of terrorism.
Security forces also recovered weapons and ammunition during the operation, while clearance activities in the area were continuing.
